On October 27, 2007 Ken Andrews gave his OK for archive.org:
"Hello there,
Can you please setup a section for Ken Andrews? I have spoken to his management and gotten the go ahead and they have included it in his current taping policy. The entire policy can be found here: http://www.kenandrews.com/taping/kapolicies_2007.pdf but I have included the relevant section below. Thank you."
Audiotaping
Ken Andrews allows audiotaping during his live performances. Audiotaping
may not be permitted at specific performances. Announcements will be
made in advance when possible.
Taping is strictly limited to audio-only by use of microphones, as
soundboard and/or power feeds are not provided.
Equipment must not obstruct views of the stage, sound booth, or other
concert guests and attendees.
Recordings may be uploaded to Archive [www.archive.org] for personal
and/or trading use. Commercializing audio recordings is illegal and will in
turn jeopardize audiotaping privileges for future performances.
Venue restrictions may apply. Please check with all concert venues prior to
the listed concert date regarding their audiotaping policy.
